We start from a photograph of your garment on a model and change only what you ask for. We never redraw the garment, and every pixel we were not asked to change is compared with your original before the file is delivered.

What you get

Colourways

You name the garment and the colour. Only that garment changes. Its folds, knit and print are your photograph's own, because only the colour is replaced, not the fabric.

Checked: Everything outside the garment is compared with your original, pixel by pixel. Inside it, the lightness pattern of the fabric has to survive.

New backgrounds

A new set behind your model. The person and the garment are copied from your photograph, not redrawn; only the soft edge of the cutout is blended.

Checked: Every pixel of the person and the garment is compared with your original.

Channel crops

9:16, 4:5 and 1:1 from the same frame, at full resolution. A crop always keeps the face, unless you ask for a product crop such as the shoes.

Checked: Each crop has to be an exact window of your photograph, and a crop that cuts the face is refused.

Examples

We show examples on request, with the numbers from the check for every file. They are not on this page because they use photographs whose public release we do not hold, and we will not show a garment here that we cannot show you the rights to.

How each file is checked

  1. You send an approved photograph of the garment on a model, with the rights to use it.
  2. You confirm which garment to change: we show its outline, and you approve it.
  3. We make the change you asked for.
  4. Every pixel we were not asked to change is compared with your original.
  5. If one moved, the file is not delivered. If none did, you get the file with the numbers from the check.

What it does not do yet

  • The outline decides what counts as the garment. A sheer neck piece or a belt can fall inside it, which is why you confirm it first.
  • Colour accuracy is not checked automatically. A colourway is close to the colour you name, not matched to your swatch.
  • A new background has no contact shadow yet, so a full-length figure can look placed rather than standing.
  • Crops stay at the photograph's own resolution. Resizing would change pixels, so we do not.

Why there are no generated models on this page

Until 8 October 2026 this page showed a garment dressed onto a generated model from a flat-lay. When we measured it on four real garments across six try-on engines, between 0 and 2 of 8 renders kept the garment. Necklines rose, hems shortened and prints were redrawn. The sweater in our own demo came back with a raised neck.

A catalogue image that shows a different collar describes a product that does not exist. So we took every generated garment off this site. Generated try-on stays in testing, measured every week, and is not offered until it keeps the garment.
