Parsed Locally · Scored · Carbon-Counted

Your Pattern File.
Your Machine.
Your Garment: Generated.

Hand us your pattern and it is read where it sits — nothing uploaded. We score our own frames and re-run them once before a person looks. Every shot ships with a number you can recompute. The campaign, without the crew.

The Three Things That Matter

01: Zero-trust CAD

Your pattern never leaves your laptop.

Drop an AAMA DXF and it parses in your own browser — pieces, layers, cut area — with zero bytes of network traffic. What it does not do is constrain generation: the coordinate paths are never fed to the model, so treat the geometry as measurement and verification rather than as a leash on the render.

02: Consistency gate

One automatic re-run, then a human.

Each frame is scored for consistency against the ones beside it. Below the bar it re-runs itself once with an adjusted seed; below the bar again it stops and asks for a person rather than spending your credits guessing. Two attempts, not an infinite loop — and the escalation is the point, not a failure of it.

03: Recomputable receipt

A certificate you can check, not one you take on trust.

Every delivery ships with a SHA-256 certificate and the methodology travels inside it, so the number can be recomputed rather than believed. Read the arithmetic before you quote it: the saving is measured against an assumed 1.5 kg per physical garment, which is a figure we chose and cannot source. Licensed use fires a royalty event; that ledger is built and has not yet accrued one.

The Fabric Library

Silk falls like silk.
Denim like denim.

Fifteen fabrics, calibrated from your tech designer's pattern files. The AI doesn't guess how cashmere falls or how leather sits: it already knows.

The Ethical Ledger

One delivery.
Two carbon footprints.

Physical Shoot

~18,000g CO₂e

  • Crew flights and ground transport
  • Studio energy: lighting, climate, post
  • Sample freight, location scouting, catering

AI Pipeline

0.14g CO₂e

  • Compute only: GPU inference across the delivery
  • No crew. No flights. No freight.
  • Renewable-mix datacenter, measured per job
SHA-256 · hash-verified · ledgered

Every delivery includes a hash-verified certificate: a SHA-256 that proves the file has not changed, not who made it.

What We Create

Campaign Photography

Brand storytelling through precision-crafted studio imagery. Real sets, real light, real craft.

FLUX AI Generation

Scenes, environments, and garment renders built entirely in AI. Powered by FLUX: the same model trusted by the world's leading creative studios.

Read your pattern file

Drop an AAMA DXF and it opens in your browser — pieces, geometry, cut area — without leaving your laptop. Said plainly: it is a read, not a render. That geometry does not yet constrain what the generator draws, and no fabric solver runs.

Self-Correcting Workflow

Each frame is scored against the ones beside it, re-runs itself once if it falls short, and escalates to a person if it falls short again. Two attempts, then human eyes.

Licensed Talent: Face & Voice

Use a specific model's face or voice in AI-generated scenes. Each use fires a royalty event against the model's agency. Tracked and compliant — and honest about the last step: the ledger has not yet accrued an event and the payout leg is a stub.

AI Face Uniqueness Check

Every AI-generated face is checked against the Live Model Studio roster. Anything above 82% similar gets hard-blocked: the system suggests licensing the matched model instead. A safety net that turns into a revenue event.

Editorial Shoots

Fashion, portrait, and product editorial at the highest level. Physical crew or hybrid: your brief decides.

Hash-verified CO₂e Certificate

Every delivery ships with a hash-verified sustainability cert: bound to your brief and your consent record. Fewer crew = lower footprint. By the actual math, not a marketing slide.

White-Label Studio Infrastructure

Give your clients their own branded studio. Custom domain, custom colours, your logo: powered by StudioMunich underneath. Agencies run full catalog productions under their own brand.

Digital Twin Avatars

Photorealistic AI doubles for campaigns at infinite scale. Train once on a product or person: deploy everywhere.

The Rights Model

Full AI doesn't mean free.
It means tracked.

When you use a model's face or voice in an AI-generated scene, it's still their asset. Every licensed talent use fires a royalty event against their agency. The ledger is built; it has not yet accrued one. Every AI-original face is checked against the live roster before delivery.

Licensed Face

Tom Hanks, Naomi Campbell, your signed model → royalty per AI scene → agency commission

Licensed Voice

Specific vocal identity used in AI audio → royalty per clip → tracked in VoiceIDVault

Original AI Talent

FLUX-generated face → uniqueness check vs roster → 82% similarity threshold → attested unique

The Process

01

The Brief

Creative brief + optional DXF pattern file. We parse the MIRE 7-layer mood profile, and read the DXF for measurement — it is not fed to the generator. Licensed talent are declared upfront: face, voice, or both.

02

The Pipeline

Generation, then a consistency score and one automatic re-run — two attempts before it asks for a person. FLUX renders the scene; there is no fabric solver behind it, and the drape is the model's, not a simulation's. Faces are checked for uniqueness before they leave the system.

03

The Delivery

Approved shots + hash-verified sustainability certificate + royalty record. Licensed use fires a royalty event, and that ledger has not yet accrued one. Every AI-original face is checked against the roster and hard-blocked above 82% similarity. Every delivery ships with the sustainability numbers built in.
