Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the StudioMunich platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and StudioMunich GmbH.
2. Platform Description
StudioMunich Studio is an AI-powered production platform. Services include VISUAL (catalog imagery), VID (avatar video), and VIBE (voice AI). These services leverage proprietary and third-party AI models to generate synthetic media for commercial and editorial use.
3. Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years of age to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Credits & Payments
Credits purchased on the platform are non-refundable except where required by EU consumer protection law. All payment processing is handled by Stripe. VAT is applied where applicable under EU law. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
5. Intellectual Property
Generated outputs are licensed to the user under the terms specified at the time of generation. StudioMunich retains all rights to the platform, underlying AI models, pipeline infrastructure, and any proprietary technology. Your license to generated outputs does not include the right to reverse-engineer, reproduce, or redistribute the underlying models or system components.
6. AI-Generated Content
You are responsible for ensuring that generated content complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. StudioMunich provides VoiceIDVault consent documentation as part of its compliance infrastructure but is not liable for downstream use of generated outputs. You may not use generated content to defame, harass, or misrepresent any individual or entity.
7. Talent Consent Protocol
All avatars and voices in the VID library are covered by VoiceIDVault consent agreements. ConsentTokens are issued per render as documentary evidence of authorised use. Any generation made outside of the authorised usage parameters defined in the talent's Usage License token is strictly prohibited.
8. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the platform to generate illegal content, engage in impersonation, circumvent consent documentation, or resell platform access to third parties. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, StudioMunich is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Munich, Germany. EU law applies. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Munich, Germany.
11. Changes to Terms
We will provide at least 30 days notice for material changes to these terms. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
