Talent Agreement Summary
Last updated: May 2026
This page summarises the key terms under which talent — models, voice artists, and brand ambassadors — participate in the StudioMunich AI platform. A full agreement is provided separately at onboarding.
1. VoiceIDVault Protocol
Your face and/or voice is registered in VoiceIDVault with a unique Identity Sovereign token. This token is non-transferable and is controlled by you. It serves as the root of all consent documentation and royalty attribution associated with your likeness or voice on the platform.
2. Consent
You provide informed consent for specific use types — commercial, editorial, social — per your signed agreement. Consent is granular and use-type specific. You may withdraw consent at any time; see section 5 for the revocation procedure.
3. Royalties
Every generation using your likeness or voice issues a RoyaltyEventID logged in VoiceIDVault. Royalties are calculated per the rate agreed in your talent agreement and are paid monthly. You have access to a royalty dashboard to monitor usage and earnings in real time.
4. Usage Restrictions
Your Usage License token defines permitted territories, platforms, usage cap, and expiry date. These rules are technically enforced at generation time — not merely contractual obligations. Generations that fall outside your permitted parameters are blocked at the infrastructure level.
5. Revocation
To initiate consent revocation, email bookings@studiomunich.digital with the subject line “Revocation Request.” Revocation takes effect within 48 hours. All future generations using your likeness or voice are blocked. Past ConsentTokens remain on record as evidence of prior authorised use and are not deleted.
6. ARIA LAB Twins
If you have trained a Digital Twin through ARIA LAB, your twin is exclusive to your account unless you explicitly license it to another studio. You set the royalty rate for external use. StudioMunich acts as the licensing intermediary and takes no percentage of inter-studio twin licensing fees.
7. SAG-AFTRA & AB 2602
StudioMunich's consent documentation is designed to satisfy SAG-AFTRA 2025 synthetic media provisions and California AB 2602. If you have concerns about compliance in your jurisdiction — including jurisdiction-specific AI likeness laws — contact us before signing your agreement.
