The Rights Passport

The file carries
its own clearance.

Most AI tools hand you pixels and a terms page that says the rights are your problem. Every Studio Munich delivery embeds the clearance inside the asset — an XMP provenance record written into the file, plus a certificate anyone can verify without an account.

Inside every delivered image — the embedded XMP record

<sm:ConsentToken>

The VoiceIDVault consent token the render was authorized against. No active token — no render; the gate is enforced by the platform, not by policy.

<sm:TalentID>

Which licensed talent identity appears in the asset — the person whose likeness earns on every approved use.

<sm:ConsentScope>

What the consent covers: channels, term, territory. A lapsed scope blocks generation mid-engagement.

<sm:RoyaltyEventID>

The royalty event fired at final approval — a platform–talent–agency split set per campaign, auditable by ID. The ledger behind it has not yet accrued an event.

Consent before compute

Gate 1 verifies the biometric consent license before anything renders. Invalid or expired consent refuses the job — before a single credit is spent.

Royalty at approval

Final approval fires a royalty event on a platform–talent–agency split set per campaign rather than fixed by us. The ledger is built and has not yet accrued an event.

A verifiable carbon receipt

Every job mints a hash-verified CO₂e certificate with a public verification URL. It proves the file has not changed, not who made it. Independent recomputation is not offered yet: certificates issued before September 2026 were hashed by an earlier build and do not reproduce.

Trace any viral image home

An asset found in the wild traces back through its passport to who consented, what scope, and who was paid. Provenance beats retouching.

The inverse of “you clear the rights.”

Self-serve generators grant you output and assign you the liability. Here, rights clearance is a production function of the pipeline — checked before generation, paid at approval, and shipped inside the file.
