ConsentToken
A unique identifier issued per render, referencing the signed consent agreement between Studio Munich and the avatar talent. Proves that the face and voice used in this video were licensed under a documented agreement at the time of generation.
RoyaltyEventID
A ledger entry that records the royalty owed to the avatar talent for this specific render. Studio Munich calculates and logs the royalty automatically. The RoyaltyEventID links the video to the payment record.
XMP Provenance Sidecar
An XMP metadata file delivered alongside the MP4. It embeds the ConsentToken, RoyaltyEventID, generation timestamp, model identifier, and studio account. The sidecar persists through distribution and survives re-encoding.
What It Proves to Legal
That the synthetic likeness was used under documented consent. That a royalty was logged. That the metadata is cryptographically linked to this specific render. That Studio Munich holds the consent agreement — the brand is the licensee.

The Nine Consent Gates
Phase 1 · Off-chainEvery generation that uses a licensed talent face or voice passes through nine sequential gate checks before any AI model fires. All nine must pass — a single failure returns a 403 with no generation.
Token Existence
Talent token must exist and be valid in the registry.
Revocation
Token must not be revoked by the talent or administrator.
License Existence
An active usage license must exist for this generation request.
License Status
License must be active — not suspended or revoked.
Territory
Generation territory must fall within the license's allowed territories.
Platform
Requesting platform must appear on the license's approved whitelist.
Usage Cap
Usage count must be below the license's total generation cap.
License Class
License class must match the intended use case.
Consent Version
Consent version must not have drifted since the license was issued.
Receipt Hash — Tamper-Evidence
Every generation produces a receipt hash computed over 7 fields: talent token ID, license ID, territory, platform, use case, timestamp, and credit amount. The hash is SHA-256 and stored alongside the generation record. Receipts cannot be altered retroactively — any modification invalidates the hash, making tampering detectable during royalty audit.
Data Residency
All consent data is stored in EU-region Supabase infrastructure. No biometric data is stored — only consent identifiers, token hashes, and generation receipts. Audio and image files used in generation are transiently processed and not retained beyond delivery.
Talent Rights
- Talent can revoke consent at any time through the talent portal or by written request.
- All active licenses are suspended immediately upon revocation. No grace period.
- Generation receipts are preserved indefinitely for royalty audit purposes.
- GDPR Right to Erasure is available; biometric identifiers are nullified while receipts are retained for financial compliance.

Sustainability Certificate
Every VID render includes a cryptographically signed Sustainability Certificate documenting the CO₂e reduction compared to an equivalent physical video production. For enterprise brands with Scope 3 reporting obligations, this is a procurement unlock.
